Heat management involves the operation of heating, air conditioning and technological systems in general. It entails operating and maintaining the systems using in-house staff, or by coordinating external specialists when required. All the activities involved in providing the service are supported by an IT system. The Consortium capitalises on existing synergies in energy generation and distribution, and pursues the goals of optimising energy use and savings in all activities involving technological systems: air conditioning, water/sanitary installations, fire prevention systems and remote surveillance systems.
