Consortium is able to undertake the design, construction and maintenance of public lighting networks and assume full responsibility for the system. The service extends to traffic light systems and encompasses maintenance, remote operation and upgrading services. This type of integrated management provides optimal cost-effectiveness and high quality standards. The ability to have a single contact point means that clients can establish a more transparent relationship with the
Consortium, which can, at the same time, respond more quickly to their requests.

ENERGY AUDITS
Energy Audits are designed to optimise energy use by rationalising consumption, thereby reducing costs.
Audits consist of an energy analysis of all parameters affecting operating costs, whether for indoor or
outdoor environments. A cross-cutting consultancy service designed to produce a complete picture of
energy and maintenance costs.
NETWORK PLANNING, UPGRADES AND MAINTENANCE
Consortium offers its clients an integrated lighting network management service. In addition to upgrading and maintaining lighting systems, we also manage the electricity supply contract, to ensure night-time visibility and enable a more efficient use of urban spaces, resulting in safer conditions for citizens. Increased road safety, enhancement of the architectural patrimony, encouragement of open-air night-time activities and extended evening business hours are just a few of the many advantages coming from our integrated lighting service.
REMOTE OPERATIONS
Remote operating systems can improve efficiency in the management of public lighting systems, with full
equipment diagnostics being carried out from a remote operations centre. And the functional parameters
of lighting systems can be regulated with programming that ranges from multiple devices (centralised
power system) to a single lighting point (point-to-point system). Remote operations can be further
enhanced using integrated services that transform the lighting concept into "Smart Street Lighting"
systems. Services include video-surveillance and Wi-Fi communication systems, variable message
information monitors, and the detection and processing of data generated by the various types of sensors
used.
LIGHTING FOR ART AND ARCHITECTURE
Consortium implements artistic and architectural indoor and outdoor lighting projects, both temporary and permanent, providing the highest impact. With our low- energy-consumption solutions we do our part in protecting the environment while bolstering a green economy. We propose a sustainable economic approach, satisfying the needs of public and private clients alike, as we strive to find an agreement on every detail of the design concept, following the original artistic input, while improving its functionality and efficiency.
CONSIP "LIGHTING SERVICE" AGREEMENT
Consip "Lighting Service" agreement offers to public authorities the opportunity to benefit from a full lighting service that isn’t limited to energy supply but also provides the operation and maintenance of public lighting and traffic light systems. Under the agreement, the public sector client enters into a contract that fully covers the operation of lighting systems. Integrating the electricity purchasing service with the operation and maintenance of the lighting network allows for an optimized operational and management process.
